Do you offer Refunds or accept Returns?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item you purchased is defective (e.g. broken frame). If you receive a defective item, please contact us at krystina@thebrushingbride.com with details of the product and the defect. Pictures of the damaged product must be provided in order to evaluate the eligibility of the refund. Upon receipt of the information, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. All notifications regarding the defect must be sent within the first 15 days following receipt of the product. Notifications sent outside the 15 days will not be considered for a refund/return.

How can I make payment?

Brushing Bride currently accepts payment in the form of cash, check, or Paypal. Payments made via Paypal should be sent to Krystina@thebrushingbride.com – please ensure you select the option of sending money to friends or family. Checks must be made out to Brushing Bride and sent to the following address:

Payment must be made in full prior to beginning the drawing. The estimated delivery date is calculated based upon the date of successful payment.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes can be made to your order up until the time of payment. Once payment is provided, the drawing process begins and changes can no longer be accommodated. Note, changes to order, may result in changes in your estimate.

What carriers does Brushing Bride use?
Brushing Bride uses three different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

·         USPS (United States Postal Service)

·         UPS (United Parcel Service)

·         FedEx

Tracking information is provided via email upon generation of pre-shipment label. 

When will I receive my order?

Standard - Orders placed via Standard Shipping will leave Brushing Bride Headquarters 4-6 weeks after successful payment.

Premium - Orders placed via Premium Shipping will leave Brushing Bride Headquarters 2-4 weeks after successful payment.

Express - Orders placed via Express Shipping will leave Brushing Bride Headquarters within 2 weeks after successful payment.
